Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata genuina), commonly called Ylang-ylang (play /ËˆiËlæÅ‹ ËˆiËlæÅ‹/ ee-lang-ee-lang), cananga tree, ilang-ilang, kenanga (Indonesian), fragrant cananga, Macassar-oil plant or perfume tree), is a tree valued for its perfume.

The fragrance of ylang-ylang is a sweet floral aroma with hints of jasmine and neroli. Ylang Ylang has a rich, sweet, and floral aroma. Ylang Ylang blends with bergamot, chamomile, clary sage, clove, eucalyptus lemon, ginger, grapefruit, jasmine, lemon, litsea cubeba, mandarin, neroli, opopanax, orange, palmarosa, patchouli, peru balsam, petitgrain, rose, rosewood, sandalwood, tuberose, and vetiver.
