Cosmetic Uses: Body Silk - Unscented is suitable for use as a finished product. It can also be used in a variety of skin care applications including lotions, soaps, skin creams and lip balms.

Botanical/INCI/Ingredients: Aloe in Safflower, Shea, Arrowroot.

No synthetics or colorants added. GMO Free. FCC - Food Grade

Melting Point: 75 - 95° F
Storage: For maximum shelf life keep in cool environment (preferably below 75 degrees Fahrenheit) and store away from light and moisture in a closed container.
Shelf Life

Skincare is food for the skin.

The two goals of fresh and natural, mean a natural product should be fresh and a fresh product should be natural.
The normal anticipated shelf life of a natural product is about 1 year from the date of purchase from the manufacturer.
The actual shelf life of the product may be longer or shorter depending on how the product is altered, changed,
stored, packaged and handled before sale to the final consumer. If ingredients are added to our bases and stock products,
you’ll want to consider if they will shorten or change the shelf life and stability of the product.

In general, it is up to the company that is selling to the final consumer to determine the anticipated shelf life of the product.
Currently the FDA does not require expiration dates on cosmetics or skincare products.
Consider being conservative about expiration time frames and encouraging the consumer to use up the product while
it is fresh (3-6 months) or discard it after the time frame has pasted.

It is the responsibility of the customer to conduct appropriate research and development on the use and safety
of each item they order before retailing this item to the final consumer.

Suggested Usage Levels:Lotions & Creams: 3-5% | Balms: 5-100% | Bar Soaps: 3-6% | Hair Conditioners: 2-5%

Wonderful lotion
This is a really nice lotion. It goes on very smoothly without leaving a greasy feel. However, in order to label my products correctly, under the botanical/INCI names please put the actual botanical nomenclature names (genus, species). Also form, gel, juice, butter, oil, powder etc. I've noticed this missing on several products. This information needs to be provided.
